Well not much happened today--did a 15 min warm up, only got 2 1000 m repeats on the track (though it was nice that I could pace by myself-- 3:40 and 3:39 respectively) I did miss the company of everyone else. Such good weather too! I heard Carlijn also joined track so that's a plus to our MD group.
Punch Buggy Status: 3-4 (I even saw TWO today...where is Joseph when you need him)
