Happy Friday! Today's weather was BEAUTIFUL though cold when it was windy. We did canadians today including the power drills. We managed the set as Coach Chisum was busy but it worked out pretty well. Had about 28 total warm up + cooldown. Maybe a bit sore tomorrow from frog jumps..
