So today was MICCA WHICH WAS AWESOME. But this is not the place to talk about that. So I did my circuit workout with 26 total warm up and cooldown...not ideal but I was in a hurry. Abs a bit sore but I think I need another week of strength at least with these interruptions. Sigh.
