What a wonderful day! I had a cramp the entire run though which was annoying. Thank you Joseph for waiting and putting up with me. The cramp finally went away after the 56 minute run as we did strides and jogged back to the track. ugh. hope it goes away tomorrow! Was a nice waban run nonetheless.
