Meet day! Not a terrific time for the mile and I'm a bit frustrated with not being able to catch up to #3. I'm looking forward to the 800m next meet. 5:11.2 today...sub 5 before the end of the season I hope! MUCH better weather today! As I typed in the meet results I was also impressed with a lot of the efforts people put in and how people went up to new challenges (such as John in javelin or our throwers dominance and James in long jump, chandler in HJ, etc.). Lots of deserving fruit snacks tomorrow. Finished with a nice 4x400 repeats (75-89-83-83) haha those first two were weird...
